Own Property Sales / Rent - Summary of Service
For a payment of only £59.99 we will advertise your property through our Advertising Network until Sold or Let. You have the choice of composing brief or full descriptive details which you submit to our company for approval and editing. Once approved your advert appears live on our website and Advertising Network within 24 hours.
You are able to display up to 9 photographs which can be downloaded to support the descriptive details.
Database and network marketing is initiated by us and your property is circulated to Buyers / Tenants.
You will be aware of any interest shown as any enquiry or viewing will be directly emailed to you from our automated service for you to manage.
Your advert will remain visible on our Advertising Network until such time as the property is withdrawn from the market, sold, the sale has completed, or "The Company" has confirmed in writing that it has removed any advertisement.
Through our Loyalty scheme this fee is fully redeemable!!
Priority Feature Listing is optional for an additional charge of £5.
For an additional sum of £49.99 a Home Inspection can be arranged for one of our representatives to visit your home to take measurements, photographs etc and then we will prepare the details on your behalf.
Tenancy Agreement Documentation can be prepared and is optional. If required this service has an additional charge of £25.
Supported Method Sales - Summary of Service
Our fee for this service is 0.5% of the eventual sale price. This fee is due on exchange of contracts and payable upon completion.
A Home inspection is arranged by contacting our office.
At the appointment detailed property information is taken by our representative and later produced and supported by up to 9 photographs. We will carry out an appraisal of your property and advise you of our valuation.
Once the details are approved by you the property details will appear live on our entire Advertising Network within 24 hours.
Your advert will remain visible on our Advertising Network until such time as the property is withdrawn from the market, sold, the sale has completed, or "The Company" has confirmed in writing that it has removed any advertisement.
Database and network marketing is initiated by us and your property is circulated to Buyers / Tenants.
We will arrange all viewings with you for prospective buyers, surveyors etc.
We will deal with any post sales co-ordinating on your behalf and progress the transaction to an exchange of contracts. We will inform you of any relevant post sales activity.
Through our Loyalty scheme part of this fee is redeemable!!
Priority Listing is optional for an additional charge of £5.
8. Payment
The quickest and simplest method is to use the approved credit/debit cards via our secure online partner. In this case all information is held by them. and they will be responsible for debiting the correct amount from your card. Once your transaction is completed, "The Company" does not keep a record of your credit card number. The only record "The Company" keeps is the authorisation number received from the bank. This is to ensure against the use of stolen cards.
Other types of payment (eg. cheque) are accepted, however advertisements will only go 'ACTIVE' once payments have cleared the bank processing proceedure.
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. Please contact our administration department with any questions relating to payments in other currencies.
8. Refunds
You may cancel this contract by informing Homes on the Web Ltd in writing or by email and a full refund of your respective initial fee will be credited providing we receive this communication;
- i) prior to any advertisement relating to your property appearing on our website or any of our associated websites, or
- ii) prior to receiving any enquiry on your property, or
- iii) 24 hours prior to our arranged home inspection.
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the respective initial fee received.
9. Promotional Cashback
We will pay an agreed sum to anybody who takes out a mortgage through one of our third party companies, subject to
- i) The mortgage completing on a property.
- ii) The mortgage being in excess of £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds)
10. Loyalty Scheme
We will commence the refund of the total advertising charge ie; £59.99 upon receiving three separate referrals from a client. The fee of £59.99 will only be refunded once all three referrals have paid their total individual advertising cost.
This loyalty scheme does not include the refund of any other charges made by "The Company".
